WEAR SOLUTIONS
BUCKETS
TuffStudds can protect lips, cutting edges, tooth adaptors and wear bars. Inner and outside wing shrouds, walls, floors and back door areas can also be protected with TuffStudds.
CHUTES
TuffStudds is used in liners, and it can be applied as steel plates with easy installation.
COMPACTORS
TuffStudds create a material dead-bed on the cap surface, reducing wear and significantly extending wear life.

CRUSHERS
In short head gyratory crushers, TuffStudds is used in the nut, liner plate and skirt area. In roll crushers, it is used in the roll face.
DREDGING CUTTER HEAD
Installation of TuffStudds on dredge cutter head "Claymator" style, Bi-directional cutter screening basket for use in deposits with clay seams. TuffStudds can be re-applied as needed, in high-wear areas once the existing studs are no longer tall enough to trap material.
